The person on our side. Upon our first visit, she had a solid plan to sell our home. She was the on-site agent in our neighborhood so in addition to weekend open houses, she was available every day to show to potential buyers. There were some items that needed to be fixed with the builder and Roni made sure they were completed and a good job is done. When we had to be away for an extended period of time, Roni took care of everything for us. She even put fresh flowers out to ensure the house showed well.
